Willi Rappenglitz has entered a well-deserved retirement

After almost 40 years, our operations manager Willi Rappenglitz has entered a well-deserved retirement.

Willi was much more than an operations manager – he always kept the bigger picture in mind. With his tireless dedication, he significantly shaped the company and made a major contribution to its positive development.

His ambition and persistence didn’t always make things easy for his colleagues – or himself. But it was precisely these qualities that were important, and we are grateful for his unwavering commitment.

Dear Willi, we wish you all the best for your retirement, always look forward to having you drop by for a coffee, and just want to say THANK YOU.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Felix Pfaller on the team – someone who quickly and confidently filled these big shoes. In record time, Felix rose from a part-time assistant in assembly to the project manager of our large trade fair projects. Since 2022, he has been an authorized signatory and is responsible for the planning of all setups and dismantling.

His expertise, structured approach, and holistic view are crucial for this demanding role. But it’s his interpersonal skills that truly enable him to fully embrace this area of responsibility.

That’s also why the collaboration with our second man in operations management runs so smoothly: Rene Bormann is responsible for all logistics and warehouse organization. With up to 18 employees in the warehouse and around 20 truck movements per day, things can get quite hectic. Rene has been closely connected to the company for decades and is a great asset to our team both professionally and personally.

We are a family business – and in addition to economic aspects, it is our values that form the foundation of our actions.

With Felix and Rene in operations management, we know these values will remain in the best hands in the future – and we are very happy about that.
