Messestand Zanier

Exhibition construction with responsibility

Our company meets the KfW-55 standard and focuses on resource-conserving processes. With reusable materials, durable constructions, and eco-friendly production, we design sustainable exhibition stands—without compromising on quality.

Wood fire system

Our company building is heated with wood waste that is generated despite being reused. The fine dust and CO2 content of the exhaust gases is almost zero. These are reduced to well below the legally required minimum level using modern filter technology.

Photovoltaics

Photovoltaics

To reduce electricity consumption, we have installed a generously sized photovoltaic system on the roofs of our halls. As a result, a large portion of the electricity we need is generated by our own solar power system. On a sunny day, for example, the energy required for air conditioning the building is supplied by our PV system.

We attach great importance to quality and rely on durable materials that are processed to a high standard. This means that the stand or parts of it (even if the concept is changed) can be used over a longer period of time. In our joinery, we attach great importance to avoiding waste. We reuse used panels and materials for invisible substructures. Our machines are extracted by a modern extraction system with heat recovery. The energy-saving motors of efficiency class IE3 are operated by frequency converters to meet demand and save energy.

Right from the planning stage, we ensure that as many components as possible can be reused. Long-established systems like Aluvision, Octanorm, and Multiwall have always been part of our standard offering. Our customers have access to an extensive inventory of system materials. This means exhibition stands can often be reused 100%. For wall claddings, we prefer to use textile materials to make reuse more appealing. This also helps reduce the amount of waste generated. When it comes to plastics, we specifically request PVC-free alternatives. If sustainable materials are only up to 10% more expensive, we choose those products. We have also drastically reduced our paper consumption through digitalization.

Rent instead of buy: We have a large range of rental furniture that is constantly in use. This results in significantly fewer custom-made products. Individual buildings or graphics are planned for several uses and stored with us for our customers.

We plan transports efficiently to avoid empty runs. We regularly organize collective transport for our suppliers. Our employees travel to the exhibition grounds together in Rappenglitz buses to avoid single trips. We will continue to rely exclusively on electric forklifts in the future and pay attention to the latest environmental standards when purchasing company vehicles.

Sustainable exhibition construction thoughtfully implemented

Sustainability is more than just a trend for us. We place great importance on selecting environmentally friendly materials, continuously optimize our production processes, and develop flexible exhibition stands that can be used for many years. Today, we are even able to create high-quality exhibition stands without any visible stand construction system – the only thing that can't be reused is half a roll of adhesive tape.
