That is why we are proud to be a training company and to be able to pass on our knowledge and skills to young people. We are always delighted to welcome new trainees: to see them learn and grow, and to be able to develop innovative ideas together with them.

Training in trade fair construction: be a trainee at Rappenglitz

Since September, we have welcomed two new trainees to our company. As an experienced training company, we have already been able to support a number of very talented young people as they embark on their careers. Many of them stayed with us after completing their apprenticeships and now enrich our team every day!

Better in twos

In September, we welcomed a new apprentice training to become a carpenter and a prospective event manager. These are two multifaceted professions in which young talent is more than welcome! Both apprentices will get to know the entire company and every department according to a jointly developed training plan, and we will accompany them on their new journey. At Rappenglitz, it is important to us to give the apprentices a sense of team spirit and belonging from day one, as well as to show them appreciation. We want to create a place of learning and knowledge transfer for them, but also a place where they feel they belong. “We wish our trainee colleagues a good start and are delighted to have them on board. News from the Rappenglitz workshop

We don't just have personnel news to announce; we also have technical innovations! This time in our carpentry workshop! The new addition is called Felder Tempora and is a stylish edge banding machine. For even greater precision when gluing individual edges to the exhibition stand. The edge material that the machine can work with is as diverse as the needs and ideas of our customers. The Tempora F1000 perfectly complements our team of edge banding machines.

Gluing edges like a pro

 Through a solid and generously designed machine base the machine ensures particularly high adjustment precision and durability of the edge banding machine – especially in multi-shift operation. In addition, the Format4 tempora F1000 from the Felder Group impresses with a number of details, such as extremely short heating times and automatic, centric adjustment to the individual workpieces. As a complete package, it has won us over and is a welcome addition to our carpentry workshop! It has already completed its “trial months” with us and has completely convinced us. The new edge banding machine is less curious, but efficient, precise, and constantly motivated. It is state-of-the-art technology and helps us to implement even more individualized and technically complex design projects for our customers. We are delighted with our new additions and are full of motivation, drive, and enthusiasm for our customers!
