Ultra-modern company headquarters in Maisach

Rappenglitz Messebau sets a milestone for the future. The managing director of the traditional company, Michael Lex, signed the contract for the new company headquarters in Maisach near Munich on January 29th, 2020. After the approval of the building project on May 11th, 2020, the highly modern company headquarters can be constructed.

Rappenglitz Messebau invests in the future

When planning the new building in the west of Munich, the Lex family not only focused on an attractive and ultra-modern company headquarters for their employees and customers, but also considered the environmental aspect as very important. Therefore, the new building is being constructed according to the energy-saving KfW 55 standard.

The new building consists of modern offices, a carpentry workshop, a huge warehouse with mobile racking, a paint shop, and a graphics production facility.

The new headquarters are perfectly designed to meet the needs of Rappenglitz Messebau company.

Start of construction in the Maisach industrial estate

Due to the Corona pandemic, the ground-breaking ceremony on the 18,000m² site in the Maisach industrial estate took place only in a small circle on 27 May 2020. The owners Barbara Rappenglitz-Lex, Rainer Lex, Michael Lex, as well as deputy district administrator Martina Drechsler, head of economic development Barbara Magg and the mayor of Maisach started the groundbreaking ceremony for the new headquarters in Maisach.

We are moving towards the future with the trade fair construction industry

Live presentation at the trade fairs is always most important. Rappenglitz believes in face-to-face communication and is convinced that a normal life will restore soon. But since it is not always possible to be present at all trade fairs, Rappenglitz Messebau München offers the perfect virtual complement - your virtual trade fair stand or digital showroom, which is open 24/7 at all times.

To continue to develop together with the industry, the new company headquarters will create the space needed.
